I think my goals are pretty much the same as last week.

Exercise 4x at least 30 minutes

Portion control & mindfulness of what and why I'm eating.

Relaxation of the mind and cleaning out the cowebs in the brain for at least 5 minutes each day.

As I seem to have some issues with some of my goals, I am repeating them for another week.


I will do at least 45 minutes of cardio twice this week.


I will go to Centergy on Thursday for strength, balance, flexibility and core work.


I will do some form of exercise
