Good challenge day-but I'm ready to crash - shower and become one with my bed.


Food - Juice while getting ready


mini bagel for breakfast with a cup of tea


2T peanuts for snack-tea


Lunch smoked turkey w/cheddar on whole wheat w/mustard and a small stack of Salt and vinegar pringles


Snack-yogurt


Supper pasta with red meat sauce


50+ oz water


vitamins


45 min cardio - 20-rower, 15-stairmaster, 10-treadmill


Going to go shower, hope everyone else had a good day.

Monday was okay for a Monday but I came home from work really tired today.

It was a pretty good day in the working world. The day kept me busy and out of trouble without being frantic.

The weather kept the four legged one and myself from our walk. It was pouring once again. I did order myself a dress that I think will be appropriate for wedding activities and I think will be nice for work as well. It was on sale and I had a 10% off coupon so the price was right-just hope that it fits.

I did my online shopping and did some battle with the little voices debating about a workout. I opted to give it a whirl and did my yoga workout DVD-levels 2 and 3. I've been sitting around the rest of the evening carefully avoiding the laundry that is lingering in the dryer. I figure it will still be there in the morning.

A good challenge day

Breakfast-oatmeal w/banana, w/g toast w/peanut butter, oj & coffee

Snack-1/2 cup mix of Heart to Heart cereal, almonds & raisins

Lunch-Boca burger w/lettuce, tomato, dill pickle chips, big green salad full of all kinds of things w/lite honey mustard dressing, skim milk, apple

Snack-vanilla yogart w/strawberries & blackberries

Dinner-Stir fry of shrimp & broccoli over brown rice

May have come up a bit short of the 50 oz but it was pretty close

Well I had planned on being in bed about an hour ago but DS GF stopped by and the DH's TV is blaring away so not much chance of that. But the hour is getting late for me. Good night ladies!
