Tuesday has a beautiful end, as she does lots of squats and lunges.
The best I can say is that it ended.
Didn't get to the gym, didn't get any exercise in, other than racing heart and raised blood pressure from car issues.
Did get vitamins
Did get water
Food -
Juice while getting ready for work.
Tea for morning drive time
Mini bagel w/lite cream cheese for breakfast
Snack, tiny cookie - green tea
Lunch Chimichanga with all the trimmings, plus chips and salsa while waiting.
No snack - I was stuffed from lunch
supper - creamed chicken over english muffin (creamed chicken made with 2% milk)
Dessert - bowl of cantaloupe - yummy :-)
I tried to decompress - went back to the conference center and watched the trees for a while - that usually can help get me destressed.

The work day went quickly which is a very good thing. The bad-well I guess not really bad. I didn't exactly get the workout in that I had planned. I'm just really tired this evening. I pulled out the Wii Fit and the sports program which is just a fun way to get up and move a little. I did that for about 35 minutes. I took the Personal Trainer out of her box and put her right back in when she told me it was a Physical Challenge night-just not happening tonight. It's raining yet again-that's definitely the ugly.
DD got to Kentucky but not until almost 5PM. She left her house in MA at 4:30 AM, flew to DC and found out her US Air flight was cancelled. No explanation-just canceled. She wasn't very happy and the personnel at the airport weren't particulary helpful. The next flight they could get on wasn't until 2PM and then that one was delayed by 40 minutes. They lost the entire set up day-not happy travelers but at least they got there.
Eating went well today. I stopped myself when I was looking for some type of evening snack and was really looking forward to a Jello vanilla/chocolate pudding and was all set to consume it when I realized the chocolate part. No chocolate or caffeine for 24 hours before the test. So I took my looking so good snack cup with Cool Whip and handed it to DH.
Breakfast- eggs (one whole/one white) scrambled up with 1/2 slice of ham & light cheddar cheese, oj & coffee
Snack-1/2 cup mix of Heart to Heart cereal, almonds & raisins
Lunch-totally out of any fresh ideas for lunch found a Chicken Lean Cuisine in the freezer and nuked that up, 2 crisp breads w/Laughing Cow Cheese, 1/2 cup red grapes, skim milk
Snack-yogart w/fresh strawberries & blackberries
Dinner-pasta w/meat sauce, slice of italian bread. I made myself a salad but didn't feel like eating it.
Snack-unfortunately no pudding but found a jello cup w/fruit & light cool whip. Not exactly the pudding I wanted but good enough to satisfy the sweet tooth.
Water-50 oz. I did forget the pushups today.
That's it for me. Headed off to bed now. Pleasant dreams to all!
