I've been racking my brain trying to come up with something new and different to challenge myself but it seems like just getting what I've been accomplishing is challenging enough.

This week I'll be setting my goals in at 30 minutes of exercise 3x. Continue to watch my portions and keep after dinner snacking to a minimum.

Last week I did get my 4 days of 30 minutes accomplished. Can't say that I got in 50oz of water each day, but I did get in at least 40 each day. Portion control wasn't too bad. The quiet time each day didn't happen nor did the push ups.

No results since I just returned to the board but here is my goal for the coming week.
