Good morning everyone. Nancy is on my mind this morning, wondering if maybe Dr decided to do some tests on her. LI-Deb, how are you feeling today? Grace, thinking about your DD

Nancy here is a giant OMG to the size of your yard, lol. Thank goodness for the ride on mower. I can not believe you do it twice a week. I don't blame you about wanting to keep the critters a little further back. When Bill and I live in Fort Myers, Florida we had 2 1/2 acres but most of it was woods. We had our fair share of critters and I would not go back to that ever. We had huge toads, snakes, deer, racoons, armadillos, scorpians....no thanks, lol. I will stick with our regular deer and racoons here. I think the coyotes would scare me the most. Do you ever worry about Annie with them?
I am glad you went to the doctor and had the symptons checked. Make sure you follow up with rest of the tests.

Happy Thursday evening~
DS took off for Southern Illinois this noontime - a day late and with four new tires and two new brakes (not just brake pads, but the whole thing - I sent him for an oil change and tire rotation before he went, knowing he had almost no tread on his tires, but wasn't prepared for the brakes)...

The program is the one that keeps coming up here at the top of the board. I really do enjoy it. You can do a 30 day challenge on an easy, medium or hard intensity. It adds exercises on each day and it changes with each day. If there's a certain activity that may be hard on your knees you can eliminate it as it gives you what it's programmed for you for that day. It decides on the rest days. I'm not sure whether you can change that or not-haven't figured that out yet. Lots of exercises using the resistance band. Although I will say the resistance band they give you is not real great but you can substitute your own. You can also customize your own program to do or they have pre-programmed workouts you can do. You can also use the Wii Balance board with it if you like. They do have in line skating, volley ball drills, tennis drills, basketball drill and I'll just say there's a reason why I was always selected last for a team in gym classes!
My only real critisims are that the resistance band is not great, and you really have to get used to the positions of the remote and nunchuk that are used. There's also a leg band that you wear and it has been known to fall off my thigh! I did think the price was a bit high too but I am using it a lot and having it fun with it. Anything to keep me moving is a good thing!
You can go to Amazon or Bestbuy.com and there are a lot of reviews about it and most of them are quite positive.
