Thank you Nancy for starting this. My goal this week was to exercise 5 days, watch my eating and take my supplements every day. I was getting lax. Since I don't take blood thinners or cholesterol lowering meds, I have to be extra vigilante with the supplements.

I didn't do well with lunch today...bad news from DD and I ate everything in sight. So...I have to be extra careful the rest of the week.

Oh...I have to make good choices at the party Saturday and at other DD's "sprinkle" brunch Sunday.

I will jump back into the challenge with 3 days of walking or my core tape this week. My food over all is good but I will get at least 5 servings of vegtables and fruit in there. I drink plenty of water and I will get back to taking my vitamins each night. I will post my food journal for the evening too, it helps me stay honest.

I'm jumping back in with both feet! 4 days of exercise, putting down my food intake in writing for the day does help me stay honest!
