I sympathize with your sugar cravings. I have a terrible sweet tooth that I do think has gotten progressively worse as I get older. Mine has no track though. Sometimes when I'm craving something sweet I can have just a bit and satisfy the craving and other times it just leads to craving more. I do think mine has to do with fatigue and mood. I also find that if I eat small quantities of good for you things that that will sometimes keep me from craving some of the not so good things. I'm sure this has been no help to you and answering your question. Just wanted to let you know that you're not alone with this problem!
