How did things go for you last week? Good plans/ unreasonable plans/challenging enough goals? How do you feel about your week?
Exercise plans went very well which is not the usual for me. Challenged myself a couple of mornings to get up early when I knew the evenings wouldn't work for me. Eating was not good at all. Too many evening snacks!
"If not, what is the road block and what are you going to do to get on track?" I'm never sure what my roadblock is. I know how I feel when I eat the sweet and sugary stuff and yet I do it anyway. Consistency just never lasts very long!
"What are your goals for the week?" Keep the exercise goal the same. I've really been enjoying the Sports Fitness program so I'll keep to the schedule laid out for that. This week the focus has to be to cut out having to have an after dinner snack every night and my eating habits seem to get really bad towards the end of the week. Focus on portions and not having to have a snack after dinner every night.
I haven't been doing the challenge so to say but I have been following along and trying to do my own thing without getting caught up in it... probably doesn't make sense... I am weird ..
First of all....WTG everyone. All in all you had a good week. Patty...hope that motivation comes over to me.
Nancy wrote everything I wanted to say so I won't bore you and repeat it all. I am having the same thing with up and down and good and bad. One day it will click.
I am not setting any real goals this week except to take care of me as much as possible, which includes the best eating I can do, exercise consistently, spend quality time with family and friends, and keep the stress level down. I AM going to get my Zumba set down pat and be ready in case I get called to teach. I WILL get called, right?
"Have you accomplished what you intended when we began?"
I have to be very honest here and say NO, I did not accomplish what I wanted.
