My Thursday ended with a thunder storm and me falling asleep on the couch.......award winning, lol. Yesterday was very busy at least it felt busy. Took a 50 minute walk around 11 then drove Katie and Jess to the barn. Came home did a batch of laundry, made my bed, had a sandwich and then grabbed the garbage can and my gardening tools. Weeded a 1/4 of the bed when the landscaper showed up to cut the grass. He was a day early but the way our weather has been and I guess he is not working tomorrow he was trying to squeeze everyone in. So I moved my stuff and right about then Katie called to get picked up. Ran and got her and talked to Billy in Florida and my mom in CT on the phone. Landscaper finished and then I went back out. Weeded the rest of the front garden, transplanted a bunch of pansies that keep coming back and multipling to the other side of the garden, pulled out two dead trees (I had asked Bill to pull them out and he has not gotten to it. I started to cut them back when I realized they were wiggling so I kept on wiggling them and yanked hard). I cleaned up my outside mess.........drank tons of water and just stood still in the shower for 15 minutes. I told Katie between my morning walk and the gardening I must have sweated something off, lol. Of coarse just as I sat down Bill called to say he was on his way home and what was for dinner. So up I went, turned on the BBQ and got the baby back ribs going. I had a hot dog and broccoli while Bill and Katie did the ribs, mac & cheese & broccoli. Cleaned up and the rain started. Bill sat out in the patio listening to the rain and I laid on the couch. That was the last thing I remember........until midnight climbing the stairs and going to bed. Really exciting!
I'm sitting here getting ready to pay some bills and decided I'd check in with you gals first.
