It was a good day...after all it was my birthday! And the day played nice. I walked into the office and a pretty pink and white violet on my desk with a big birthday balloon attached from my coworker. My first voice mail on my phone was from my boss wishing me a Happy Birthday. I had a call from an old friend which was nice. The boss even released me from the captivity of my desk a few minutes early.

DD had brought over food and DH manned the bbq. He even stayed put. He is know to wander off and do other things and forget that he has something on cooking! The flank steak was excellent as was the chicken sausage ring and we had some fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. DS picked out and excellent cake from Coldstone and it was just a really nice day.

The day is winding down and I think I'm going to sit here in my chair while being in my food coma!

Rhonda-so good to see a post from you! We do miss you!

Hope you've all had a good day!

Day did not go as planned but was such a fun day!

My friend was teaching her first Kickboxing class today at 9am....so I had to be there to support her.
