thanks for writing.I'm bascally using slimfast right now cause it's easy to have for breakfast and i carry the snacks in my purse cause they're handy.I'm trying to make healthier food choices instead of eating out junk food and sweets.i also try to drink alot of water.For exercise I get on my stationary bike daily for 30 mins.I sometimes walk in the evenings.
Congrats on the weight loss. Slimfast is working well for you.
I don't use slimfast but we are here to support whatever plan you use. Good job with the exercise too.
