Good Morning,

Love the start up Patty! Wasn't sure what I would find inside the post. I thought maybe we were all going to head to Li-Deb's for a skinny dippin party. Although I think there would have to plenty of wine consumed beforehand!

A very gray rainy looking day out there. It's damp and humid and generally not a get up and go kind of day.

Our Mr. Otto seems to be having some kind of bladder issue-mainly I came home to a pool at lunch time yesterday and DH was finishing cleaning up a small lake this morning. I don't know whether he's annoyed that we have to keep putting this plastic over his bandage and doesn't want to be bothered or whether he has new issues. Either way he has to go back to the vet for his yearly shots very soon and to the surgical center on Monday. It's not an every day thing and it's the same spot every day. At this point I figure my laminate floor in that spot can't take much more of this since any type of liquid needs to be cleaned up right away or the floors can warp. They've probably done that already. He insists on coming upstairs with me every evening which is fine except when I'm ready to go to bed he won't get up and he can't go down the stairs by himself because of the bandage. I end up falling asleep up here and then anywhere between midnight and 3AM he decides to go back downstairs. Doesn't make for a very good night's sleep.

I'm currently debating about a Costco run this morning. Important supplies like toilet paper and paper towels are at an all time low. I also want to try to clean out my pantry which is overflowing with half eaten items that I'm sure are stale and yucky at this point and you can't find anything in there. I'm also making it my mission to fill up at least one box for donation from a closet or the basement so I can start the decluttering process. I figure it's a good way to start without becoming overwhelmed. The usual clean up the house is on the agenda as well. Lots to do not so many hours to complete.

I ran to Penney's last night and picked myself up a new pair of sneakers. They were having a good sale. It doesn't seem to matter what brand or how much or how little I pay for sneakers they wear out in the heels in a short period of time. I found a pair of Asics that seem to have some extra support in the heel. Hoping they stay comfortable for more than a month. It must be something to do with how I walk that wears them out so fast. But for the price I got them on sale if I get 6 months out of them it will be ok.

That's about it from this rainy neck of the woods. Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Margie I always enjoy reading your posts, always. You bring a smile to my face even when you tell us of your crossroads and growth. You alway post on a postive note for yourself and everyone around you and for that I applaud you. It doubt these are just words you type here but they are true feelings from your heart and it is wonderful to know a person that really feels and acts like you do, each day. I have said this before and I will say it again..........you are a wonderful, beautiful person that deserves so much more then you have gotten but I do believe that our destiny does lay within our own hands a good amount of the time. You send out postive vibes so I know good and better things are awaiting down the road. Remember that poem about friends coming into our lives for a reason..........and season? I guess your friend was such and time to move on. As long as you both can move on without hurting each other then that is great and I hope for both of you it happens like that. Enjoy your weekend with your family. I love the idea of you and Tara spending time working on cooking together.........I KNOW she will always remember that. Getting back into yoga is another wonderful thing to do for yourself and a something special to do with Tara. Enjoy your weekend, I will be thinking about you. Hey any bedroom pictures yet???

Good morning ladies.........we awake with rain, rain and rain. But the weather man did forcast this so it is not a surprise. Last night was something around here..........Billy's new truck from Ford arrived and he went and picked it up. His is a 2010 white with silver bottom daulie F450 Superduty Diesel. Then my Rob gets a call from the man who he was waiting on for his truck it too is ready to be picked up. Rob bought a 2004 F150 Lariat, Black with the tan bottom and tan interior. Both boys were on cloud nice, lol.

I stayed up late last night and finished my book so I was beat this morning. I guess the vaca with the girl friends and the 3 busy days at the office caught up so I slept until 9:45. Just finished my first cup of tea and I am going for a second cup in a minute. The washer and dryer are whirling and twirling right now and I need to get more detergent. Susan mentioned Costco.......I might have to run there myself since I need Tide, paper towels and Zantac for Bill.

I need to drive Katie to the barn to ride and she needs to clean him up for the show tomorrow unless they cancel it. Don't tell her but I have my fingers crossed they do. I need to run to Best Buy and get a gift card for my nephew's birthday gift. Seems my sister is still planning on having the party either way.....the only reason my guys said yes to coming was because it was going to be outside and with the pool. My family can not stand my BIL or his family. I am sure I have mentioned this before. I just hope they swing by anyway so I don't have to hear my sisters complaints!!!

I mentioned early that the boys (Bill and Billy) have had a bit of a strain these last few weeks at work. Both have legit complaints yet neither talks about it to the other and the stress and resentment keep building. I have listened to both sides but they need to talk with each other not at each other. I know Bill was fuming on Thursday because Billy had taken off the day to go to a Yankee game. Although Billy had put in for the day 3 weeks ago, Bill claims no one told or asked him and "how dare he take off when we are so busy". Bill has been so angry at Billy that he has decided to make him punch a clock like the other employees and he wanted my MIL to doc his pay for Thursday. Both my MIL and myself told Bill that was not right.......after working for his dad for 7 years he is entitled to more then 1 weeks of vacation. Plus it would really have put more of a strain on their already strained relationship. Well Bill did not do it and at much of my insitance I had Billy ask his father to get together. So right now they are having breakfast together and I am hoping discussing some of their feelings. I will let you know later, say a prayer for me, lol.

I have plenty to keep me busy yet I could still be in low gear too. Sharon is coming down today for the party so I get to see Liam. It is over a month without seeing him and I miss him. Well my Jenny Craig breakfast is calling my name and I really want that other cup of tea. Hope you all have a wonderful day today. Those with this rain, stay dry!!!
