Good Morning

Nancy-glad to hear you're feeling better.

My usual can't believe it's Monday already speech. Another work week blooming but looking forward to having next Monday off and then 4 vacation days. That will leave me with one which I'll take in December for a baking day with DD. I do hope the powers that be remember that I'll be off since I didn't have a response to my email request. Typical...

Anyway, I've been up since 6 trying to get things squared away-but not sure that will ever be true around here. It looks like a nice day out there. An after dinner walk with my pal Otto and not sure about a workout agenda. My legs are still recovering from Saturday. Who knew that 20 minutes on a treadmill and 12 minutes of a circuit work out could inflict such pain!

Time to get this body in office mode!

Hope everyone has a marvelous Monday!

Good morning ladies.........I was extremely busy last week with working all 5 days and then Bill & I went up to Mount Washington, Mass on Saturday and Sunday to visit our friends who are in the process of building a home up there. I missed lots so there is no way to catch up so please except my apoligies if I missed something important these past few days. As I said I put a full week in last week with our other sect gone away. Week was busy which is good, seems to pick up business wise and we managed to schedule a closing a day for the next 7 days, which made my boss very happy. I have to say my boss can be a jerk but he was really good last week and he even called me on Saturday to tell me what a great job I did and thank me. One of my BFF's from Florida came up on Thursday for the weekend for her moms birthday so a last minute decision to meet up with her and her mom for dinner on Friday night made Katie and I fly out at 5:30 after work, lol. Yummy Italian dinner and great conversation back at her moms home lead to a late night Friday. I got home around 11:00 and made a crumb cake which I promised to take with us to Mass. Bill and I overslep on Saturday morning, we wanted to get on the road around 10 but it was closer to 11:30 by the time we left. We hit tons of rain driving up and we got to their house around 3:00. We relaxed and enjoyed a glass of wine then Bill & I took them out to dinner at the cutest little local town inn for dinner. After dinner back to their house for coffee/tea and crumb cake. On Sunday after fresh blueberry muffins we headed out for the tour of the mountain and some apple picking. Mind you my husband has never gone apple picking and his first comment, aint it easier to just buy the darn apples in

With the wonderful fall weather we are having today, I feel like it is a day/week for a "fresh start and endless opportunities". Just have to get past the anxiety that I am feeling which seems to be getting worse each day. One class of Zumba down already today and 2 more to go so I will do a lot better after I "dance" some more. It is amazing how good Zumba makes me feel.

The weekend was crazy and busy with family popping by, cleaning, and cooking. I did accomplish quite a bit and I feel good about that. Small steps....

Hope you are feeling better NANCY! Those "24 hour" things can really zap you.

SUSAN, I hear you about the "pain" you are feeling after getting back on the workout wagon. Amazing how quickly we have to start all over. But, feel inspired because you have muscle memory and you will get back to "fit" much quicker.

Love your outfits, PATTY. I love the jeans idea and things being casual. Have to love "sale" items.

Hello, Donna, Karen, Margo, and LI Deb and all that I forgot.

Off to recharge my batteries. Just had some yummy french toast made with egg substitute, cinnamon and whole wheat bread with real maple syrup. That should help me recharge.

Hugs
Grace

Keep on keeping on!
