Good Morning,

Another gray looking day out there but they say it may brighten up during the day. Still rather warm temperatures for this time of year which is good for the heating bill.

What's your favorite thing on the table Thanksgiving day? Funny thing is when I cook a big meal many times I don't have the appetite to eat it. I pretty much love everything involved with the Thanksgiving menu. Is it a recipe that's been in the family for years? The family favorite is always the antipasto. It's something I learned to make through my MIL and SIL. It's not the usual antipasto and no one quite knows where this particular version evolved from. Or does anyone mix it up and try one new recipe each year? I have my usual standbys but usually try something new or a different version of something. This year is will be a different version of sweet potatoes and I'm trying out a turnip/parsnip gratin.

With exercise do you stick with one favorite thing or do you mix it up from time to time? I find that I stick with one thing until I grow bored and then go on to something else. Right now I'm loving my different games with the Wii.

What's up for your Tuesday? Back to the workplace today. It will be my Thursday. Still way behind and probably no hopes of catching up before the end of the workday tomorrow. Who is working out today? I'm trying to get things accomplished this morning so I don't have to do them tonight so I can get in my 30 minutes this evening. I didn't fare so well last night so hopefully I'll try again this evening after the evening outing with my pal Otto.

I have my celery cut up and put in with my roasted peppers for the antipasto and have sweet potatoes cooking in the oven. The recipe I'm using can be made up to 2 days ahead of time so I'm now off to assemble and refrigerate!

Have a terrific Tuesday everyone!

Good Morning Everyone,

Thought I would check in before heading to Walmart to get the rest of the Thanksgiving stuff.

Yikes...you had your hands full today with two babies! I think you have a good reason not to remember everything posted. I can't remember much either lately.

Have a good Thanksgiving too...the regular stuff for T-day works for me too.
