I love my Wii. I got it as a Christmas gift last year and have to say I've really been using it a lot. I have several of the games and have purchased a few more when they go on sale. I do have the EA Sports that I enjoy and the Wii Fit Plus. Read some of the reviews on Amazon and it will give you a good idea of other's opinions and I have to agree with the pros and cons.
DD just left and the house is very quiet. It's been days of overeating, overtired but it was a nice couple of days.
DD and I ran to Costco yesterday morning to pick up a few things for DD's birthday celebration last night. While out I decided to run into Target and take another look at a desk that I had my eye on. My current desk is a regular student desk and it's not very comfortable to work at, rather crowded as I have to have my tower on top of the desk so I've been shopping around. Turns out they cut the price and since I had some gift cards I decided to make the purchase. I have seats that fold down so I figured it wouldn't be a problem getting the thing in. Only problem was that I still had DD's shelves in there and all our purchases from Costco. Meanwhile the desk is leaning precariously in the cart and the wind was really blowing. I also couldn't figure out how to fold down the seat and ended up having to call DH at work. Meanwhile the cart with the desk still in it took off down the parking lot. We were quite the comedy team. Fortunately we got it in along with all the rest of the stuff although the desk is still sitting in my car!
DD's party was very nice last night. I tried to make everything as easy as I could so minimal cooking and clean up. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and SIL came through with a very nice cake from the bakery that did the groom's cake for the rehersal dinner and their wedding cake. She was very surprised to see where the cake was from and it was delicious although very chocolate-her favorite. I didn't end up getting to bed until almost 1AM so I'm dragging a bit this morning. Our grandniece is quite the character. She 2 1/2 and in love with Cinderella. I'm excited about her Christmas gift. I found a Cinderella doll in Cinderella nighty in the Disney Store at quite the bargain I might add and I'm hoping she'll really enjoy the gifts.
Other DD is heading over in a few minutes and we're going to head to Michaels. She's looking for some Christmas things for the apartment and I have to go back to Target AGAIN as DD and I seemed to have made a duplicate purchase for one of the kids. We will also head to the grocery store to pick up a few necessary items for the week. DH had mentioned going to see the Blind Side but he was in a really strange mood this morning so I'm going to wait and see if he mentions it again. I do know that I have to get Otto out for a walk. I haven't had him out since Tuesday or Wednesday and I can tell he's really in need of a good walk. In fact we both are!
I don't know whether I'll ever catch up with everybody. But I do hope that you all enjoy your day.

Good Morning Everyone,
When I first moved back to my house I had several single girlfriends bring me their copy of Under The Tuscan Sun to watch.
