Good to see you Donna...sounds crazy again at work. That was great that you had a private/semiprivate yoga class last night. You can get so much more out of it. Great job with the back extensions (not the yoga term).
Yes, it is definitely time to take those steps towards things that matter to US! WE seem to take those steps for others and big steps at that. Let's make ourselves a priority. Hopefully those steps I take for me do not involve food!
I get that overwhelmed feeling also. I am finding it hard to just do the daily little things. I don't even cook that much any more and I love to cook (and eat it). I was even going to do some retail therapy today and didn't even want to go out for that. Hmmmm..... I find I have not done a "project" in ages. I just don't even want to start anything. Thank goodness I have Zumba and crocheting to help me think that I am accomplishing something. Maybe once my house is empty temporarily, I will get busy decluttering.
Sunday, 2/7/10, (superbowl Sunday no less), I am participating in a Zumba for a Cause fundraiser for Haiti...Doctors Without Borders will get the money raised. I actually volunteered to teach a minimum of 4 songs in front of 300 people and instructors. Am I nuts? I must be! It is for a good cause and I will be able to "network".
Ah yes...baby steps...
Zumba tonight for me! I am going to take a class and get out of the house at dinner time.
