Good morning everyone........lots to catch up around here. Thank you for all your birthday wishes and a few cards that I arrived home to find! Susan you forgot to sign yours, lol. It is nice to go away but always nice to come home. They changed the format of the board, this will take a while to get used to. I have lots to catch up on but I will have to do it later as I have so much to do around here and I have a nail appointment this morning. Our Saturday weather was so horrible that it caused delays on Sunday morning for our flight. We were 2 1/2 hours delayed so unfortunatly we did not get down to the Keys until after 7PM. This was totally stinky since we thought we would have had the afternoon to relax but it did not happen. Monday was beautiful with some walking and pool time. Dinner at a wonderful resturant and a awsome sunset. Tuesday was a little chilly but we did get some pool time, with towels on us, lol. We did a sunset cruise called Comotion on the Ocean (52ft cat) with entertainment and drinks.........I will forward the pictures later. I got totally sloshed that night. Wednesday (my bday) was pretty low key with some more pool time, hot tub and music pool side. Got to enjoy another Key West sunset and walked through Mallory Square. Thursday was back on the road to drive to West Palm. Stupid husband insisted we leave early and stop along the way. Well he and I do not agree upon "where to stop" and thus we spent over 6 hours in a car driving around. We really could have stayed until 12 or 1 and then drove back to West Palm. I wanted to stop at the dolphin research center but he drove right by..........argh! We arrived at the airport, turned in the car, checked in and headed for the bar. After that drive I went right for a double! Now I need to get back to some normal eatting and detox. We flew up to NY and came home to the kids and huge freaking piles of laundry. Normal for around here. Well let me quick shower and then enjoy some nail time. I will catch up later this afternoon. I hope this finds you all well and again thanks for the special wishes!

GOOD MORNING AND HAPPY FRIDAY FRIENDS!

Just got back from dropping off the car at the shop for the annual inspection stickers and also for an annoying part that needs fixing so while I'm waiting, thought I would check-in and see what you all are doing today. These are the last days of my '40's so Monday, I'll be looking to be Fit In My 50's And Beyond. I have my AARP application card all filled out and ready to mail LOL! Won't be too long until I'm eligible for Denny's Senior Discount - YIKES! My only "savior" is thinking about my Aunts who are youthful in spirit, still beautiful, and teach various forms of Yoga. They continue to inspire me.

Plans for today: Pick up car from the shop, put together next week's menu and grocery list, take inventory of the indoor-paint we have as I am starting to feel inspired for change, sit out in the sunshine later in the afternoon maybe with a glass of white wine.

TODAY'S HEALTHY ACTIVITY
Jazzercise Video: Dancin' Abs 30-min
Gilad Quick Fit Video: Abs 15-min, Thighs & Buns 20-min
Spin Bike Video: Switzerland 20-min

TODAY'S MENU
Breakfast: Coffee, Scrambled Eggs With Onions, Toasted Wheat English Muffin, Orange Juice, Vitamins
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich on Dill Bread, Red Delicious Apple Slices, Water

Wishing you wellness and a wonderful day!

Just add that to the list along with forgetting to turn off the stove! At least there was a return address!

Wow...a scalp biopsy. Never heard of that before but I guess that is the only way to get answers to her hair loss. I hope she is doing ok today.

Read your posts about jury duty in Brooklyn. Boy did that bring back memories and I drove in and it took me 3 hours because of rush hour and teeming rain. I got there late because mapquest said an hour and 15 minutes. Oh oh! Same thing...reported on Monday and was on call for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I did have to go in again the next Monday. But that was it until I was called to serve again in 18 months. They were desperate for jurors and I was told that if I took the jury duty, I was promised Islip. So I did and haven't been called again for federal since. Probably jinxed myself now. Anyway...good luck and I hope you don't have to go back to Brooklyn. Glad you had a nice NYPD officer to help you out. Enjoy the good part of the weekend.
