Lord, I realize that You are a God who "knows the secrets of the heart".
Cleanse my heart of EVERY fault and renew a right spirit within me. I choose to walk away from this pattern of anger and resentment I have been harboring and I choose to walk Your way. I am willing to give up the meaningless and unfruitful habit of overeating and truthfully, laziness when it comes to my health and the health of my family. Open my eyes to what I need to see so that I can confess all sin and repent of it.
