All righty then, for the month of October my goal will be for gym 4 days a week with cardio and weights combined for 2 of those days. Eatting will still be focused on healthy habits. I would really love to drop 5 pounds this coming month.

I will post I am new......
my goal is to do 30 minutes of cardio daily 5 days a week, and than to add in 3 of those days of light weights just to tighten a bit.
I started a few weeks ago and have lost 1 and 1/4" in my hips 3/4"in my stomach, and 1/4" in my upper arms.
I WILL succedd at this!!!

How 'bout just getting back in the saddle? Like getting back into running and UB workouts and abs work. Need to guard against overindulging in sweets again, too.

Hope to run 2-3 days per week, UB on the balance of days, aiming for 4 days of working out a week. Abs I'll add in at least two of those days. That won't overwhelm me in the restart.
