Hello I am wanting to make some really posative changes in my life this year and would like to meet some new friends along the way. I have to lose some weight and take care of my self. I am married and have six sons, I am a grandma to one baby boy and another one on the way. hope to get to know some of you , I am 47 and live in kansas but I am originally from England. sincerely Enid

thanks for the reply, mmmmm my fave exercise, well to tell you the truth the only exercise that I could tolerate would be walking, for now anyway. I get so tired at work and I am on my feet all day, dont feel like I have much left when I get off work. Enid

HI I am supervisor at a department store and I hardly ever get to sit down, I hate that part of my job, it just gets old doesnt it? what do you do?
