Went to WW this morning to weigh in. I am going to be kind to myself and say I weighed the same. I went to get remotivated to stick to the program the whole week and not cave in on the weekend.


decaf tea...meds


PIcked up more fruits and veggies


brunch...decaf green tea, whole wheat pita 2 pts, egg substitute 1 pt, peppers and onions, 1 slice reduced fat cheese omelet 1 pt...4 points

Exercise-30 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes stretching

Water-12 oz bottle Gatorade, 16 oz water for meds & supplements, 2 24 oz bottles of water for work, decaf lemon tea

Breakfast-Raisin Bran w/banana slices, oj & coffee

Snack-apple w/1 Tbsp peanut butter

Lunch-mixed green salad, w/Trader Joe chicken strips, cranraisins, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes slivered almonds, feta cheese crumbles w/1 Tbsp lite honey dijon dressing, 6 whole grain crackers w/spinach artichoke hummus

Snack-peach yogart w/fresh strawberries & blueberries

Dinner-1 cup whole grain spagetti w/1 meatball, sesame seed breadstick, romaine & red leaf salad w/cucumber, cherry tomatoes, 1 low fat string cheese sliced up into salad w/1 Tbsp lite balsamic vinegrette

Adding on a Jello pudding cup for after dinner snack
