Keep on keeping on!
Taught the one hour step class today....40 minutes step, 20 minutes weight and abs.
Eating was on track and I did get lots of water/decaf tea in. Supplements taken and dairy quota met.
I didn't journal today...but I tried to stay within my WW points.

Exercise was a WATP tape
Water consumption was way down. Only about 32 oz for the day. All medications and supplements taken.
Breakfast was an egg white omelet w/a light whole grain english muffin
We'll just say the rest of the day consisted of a 100 calorie snack pack of chocolate animal crackers for the train ride home. Dinner was Ok with a turkey burger but way too many french fries and then the lonely last piece of cake in the box with some ice cream came into contact with my mouth. Not enough eating throughout the day makes me choose not so good things to eat!
