Any takers? Let's do this one positive thing all month and brag about it. As well as journaling exercise and any gains you make...add any other positive thing you do...like drinking water, not eating chips, things like that.
Make your own goal...3, 4, 5 or more times a week. Every 30 minute session counts as a unit. So if you do 30 minutes of cardio and then 15 minutes of strength...then you get 1 1/2 units. Work it any way you want. Remember...walking the dog counts too as well as mowing the lawn, etc.
