Glad to see some of you jumped on the exercise journal wagon. Brag how you did today here!


1 hour step class this morning..actually 35 minutes step and 20 minutes strength.


Tonight...45 minute total tone...strength with weights and some abs...and 45 minute All in One...minute intervals of cardio and strength. I will do 45 minutes in each class too.


Today is my personal goal of water and getting at least 5 fruits and veggies.

Hi,

I'm new here. Today, I walked to work for a total of 30 minutes of walking. I'm getting ready to do a strength training/jump roping circuit - probably 30 minutes.

I'm still recuperating from strep throat and the fatigue of the medications, so I'm easing back into my routine.

Did a 30 min walkfit with Kathy Smith and a 15 min walk with Bob. Did my 7 min arms video. Food was excellent today but water was off a bit.

I lifted weights Tuesday afternoon (biceps and triceps), did a 10 minute Pilates rapid results for my abs and then went to Karate class. It was all women who showed up for Karate class so we did a special class on self defense and it was fantastic.
