Glad to see some of you jumped on the exercise journal wagon. Brag how you did today here!
1 hour step class this morning..actually 35 minutes step and 20 minutes strength.
Tonight...45 minute total tone...strength with weights and some abs...and 45 minute All in One...minute intervals of cardio and strength. I will do 45 minutes in each class too.
Today is my personal goal of water and getting at least 5 fruits and veggies.
