Today feels like an easy day compared to yesterday. Taught my 1 hour step class and ended with 20 minutes of weights for upper body and abs. Just too hot and muggy in the room to keep stepping.
Today's mini goals...water and fruits and veggies.
Went out for lunch and had a weight management salad. I think all my servings of veggies were in that huge salad from the Cheesecake factory...I was a virgin..first time there. Would you believe I still only went to Cracker Barrel once and that was in Asheville. LOL!
Keep on keeping on!
