So far today I've done a 4 mile walk run.

Heavy duty workout for me today. 3 mile walk, then off to the gym for Abs, legs and chest. I'll do 200 crunches, 30 pushups, 3 sets of 10 squats with weights, 3 sets of hamstring curls with weights, 3 sets of 10 chest curls with weights then 30 minutes slow walking and gossiping with the ladies at the gym.
