Ok...the second day of the week and let's make it a good one.

I did the 1 hour hi/lo aerobics class this morning...ended with some weights and abs.

Tonight I have the 45 minute weight class and the 45 minutes cardio/strength class.

I don't know what's up with me but I've been really tired lately. Except for a few UB exercises I took Tues off

Let's just say, stress, the heat, PMS and CL...it would be a miracle if you weren't tired.

Let's see I did a 35 minute weight circuit, walked three miles and then went to Karate class for an hour. Oh-I did a few minutes extra stretching.
