OK...I have to be accountable for what I put in my mouth as well as the energy I let out. Any one else interested in posting menus, ideas, and eating plans as well as exercise?
This morning I took 3-45 minute classes. I made my body get out of the warm bed to do it.
45 minute body sculpting
45 minutes step/kickboxing
45 minutes Pilates
Felt so good that I actually promised myself last night and followed through. I think I can give myself 4 extra WW points for exercising so much but I will see how the day goes.
Decaf tea / vitamin water I mixed up .... 1 point
Brunch....egg substitute 1 point, pita 2 points, zucchini and onions 0 points, light swiss cheese 1 point...4 points
Decaf green tea
I feel a snack coming on already...looks like the applesauce will be coming out...1 point

Dinner...salad with low fat dressing 1 point, chicken 4 points, zucchini 0 points, 1/2 pepper stuffed with wild/brown rice and mushrooms 2 points.
Keep on keeping on!
