Monday Oct 15...Exercise/Food Journal

OK...I have to be accountable for what I put in my mouth as well as the energy I let out. Any one else interested in posting menus, ideas, and eating plans as well as exercise?

This morning I took 3-45 minute classes. I made my body get out of the warm bed to do it.

45 minute body sculpting

45 minutes step/kickboxing

45 minutes Pilates

Felt so good that I actually promised myself last night and followed through. I think I can give myself 4 extra WW points for exercising so much but I will see how the day goes.


Decaf tea / vitamin water I mixed up .... 1 point

Brunch....egg substitute 1 point, pita 2 points, zucchini and onions 0 points, light swiss cheese 1 point...4 points

Decaf green tea

I feel a snack coming on already...looks like the applesauce will be coming out...1 point

Dinner...salad with low fat dressing 1 point, chicken 4 points, zucchini 0 points, 1/2 pepper stuffed with wild/brown rice and mushrooms 2 points.

I got outside for a 40 min run, took Bob for a walk and did an UB workout. Good exercise day and food was good also.

Breakfast; oatmeal with blueberries and skim milk; 1 egg + egg white scrambled; coffee
Snack: mini whole-wheat bagel; apple with 2T PB.
Lunch: Salmon-stuffed into half pita with lettuce, tomato, and ginger dressing; vegetarian vegetable soup
Snack: plain yogurt & pineapple (my current favorite snack)
Dinner: Fresh pasta with tofu primavera (tofu, red peppers, onions, garlic, home-made tomato sauce, chayote); cupcake (yellow cake with chocolate frosting); glass of milk
