Name and type of workouts you do most often and the ones you enjoy the most. What kind of workouts do you plan for December, if any, and how you will work them in. Even once a week yoga counts if it helps you destress.

Grace...I do group exercise mostly and I enjoy step the most with inten-sati being right up there with it. I usually do step and weight training the most. I love Pilates for stretching and relaxation.


I plan to teach my classes and fit in taking other classes

Rhonda -- I'd love to feel well enough to get back to Zumba, since that's been my favorite since February.


Other than that, flower gardening, basic yardwork, walking on the beach, and swimming are probably the main things I do. I used to be very athletic, but am limited by past injuries and surgeries now.

I read that three times around the ship we're going on is a mile...so I'm packing my ipod and doing some walking and running in December.

I like to walk the dogs (even in cold weather - as long as my hands don't freeze and start hurting)

There's nothing like a good walk in the great outdoors but since exercising is usually in the early hours of the morning that is usually reserved for the weekend.

I own a treadmill, elliptical and stationary bike. I also have a stockpile of DVD's and tapes and my set of weights. I get bored with doing the same thing so I change things up every so often and use the tapes and DVDS especially on days where 30 minutes is all I have. I also like to get out with Otto for an after dinner walk although dark cold winter months have a little less appeal in that department.

Margo ~ Monday is the elliptical, Tuesday Pilates class. Wednesday is the Rowing Machine, Thursday is Group Active followed immediately by Centergy.
