This is an easy one...just keep track of how many minutes you exercise everyday. All 3 components count...cardio, strength, and flexibility. It doesn't matter what your choice of exercise is, just do what you like to do and can stick to for the month. You don't have to do it all at once. You can do 10 minute spurts here and there. It will all count towards your total.
The week will start today because I see from your posts some of you are already planning exercise today. Each week you can try to increase the time you exercise. When we get our totals, I will let iVillage know how many minutes the board exercised for the month of January. I do think other boards do something similar.
OK...here goes! Pilates, yoga, running, walking, weights, cardio machines anyone?
