30 minute core class which was really about 20 minutes
1 hour intensati class which worked out to be about 50 minutes
Total actual working out minutes is
20 min aerobic and strength, 10 min stretching = 30 min
(3rd day in a row that I've worked out!! woohoo for me!!!)
treadmill + lower body + stretching = 50 minutes
No bragging for me today - just a bit of a whine, preferably with cheese and crackers.
