30 minute core class which was really about 20 minutes


1 hour intensati class which worked out to be about 50 minutes


Total actual working out minutes is

20 min aerobic and strength, 10 min stretching = 30 min


(3rd day in a row that I've worked out!! woohoo for me!!!)

treadmill + lower body + stretching = 50 minutes

I got 65 minutes total exercise. It helped that I did a little exercising in the morning (playing Frisbee in 15deg weather with the dog and some triceps dips and pushups). Tonight, I added jump roping for 60 seconds in between sets of strength exercises..phew!

No bragging for me today - just a bit of a whine, preferably with cheese and crackers.


I went to the gym, there were no parking places, not even in the street, or across the street.
