5 minutes of yoga poses in AM; this is new for me. I haven't had much exposure to yoga, and these poses are to help with balance.



30 minutes of walking (to/from work) in temps below 10deg (brrr)



Took it a bit easy today because yesterday's workout was tough, and I don't want to risk injury.

January 3rd was orginally thought to be a rest day for me .. the wind was blowing earlier in the day but by the time my dh got home it was calm and we went out for a walk...


2.5 miles = 45 minutes
