Well ladies. I am feeling gross today. I am sitting here at my desk. My pants are so tight that I have to go pee, just because it's pushing on my tummy. My shirt is bugging me because of the way it's hanging on me, it's not very flattering, and yet, it never bothered me before. I look down and unfortunately, I am seeing 3 bumps. My breasts, the fat below that, and my tummy fat! AUGH!!!


I'm so grossed out. It makes me want lipo. lol. It's just one of those uncomfy days I'm having. Not feeling AT ALL comfy in my clothes NOR my skin.


Do you ever feel that way? Blah.


And I have no idea if I'm hitting the gym tonight. Unfortunately, I only got around 4 hours of sleep last night. I'm dying and it's only 10am.

We all feel that way.

You know what I hate...is when you get home after the end of the day and you have the imprint of your waistband on your stomach...tell me that doesn't make you feel horrible. *sigh*

If you want a pick me up then try to go for a walk on your lunch break. It will help to lift your spirits and make you feel better about the battle of the bulge. Hang in....we all have those days, it will get better. I will send some positive vibes your way so just hold on they are almost there. LOL

I know everytime I'm going to meet my guy for some fun, I unbuckle my pants in hopes that it goes away before I see him, although its not like I have camoflauged anything, I don't know what I'm thinking. LOL

What's worse is when your thighs rub together and it feels as though they will ignite at any moment...*sigh*

I wonder what little things skinny people have to deal with...oh that's right...small breasts. LOL

Thanks you two. I know I need a pick me up. I think it's just me and my bad mood and not sleeping well and these damn tight pants that weren't this tight two weeks ago. It's just too irritating feeling them STRAIN against my thighs. ugh!


Maybe I need that walk now.

Hi there!! I'm sending you cheer up vibes. Don't worry, I have those bland, blah days too. And I find that there are some days that I can put on an outfit and feel totally comfortable in it and then if I put it on another day, it's like sausage casing and feel so not confortable or confident wearing it. Why is that? I don't think I'll ever know. But hang in there. Your day is almost done!!

If only the small breasts part was true. I knew a woman, she was tiny. A size 2. She had DD breasts. lol. Looked like she was going to tip over.


That's the ONE depressing thing I am NOT going to look forward to. When I'm thin, i have no chest and no butt. I told my bf to enjoy them while he can. lol.

YIKES!!!

When I lose weight I lose it in my face and rearend first (which I really don't have a butt anyhow)

Last place I lose it is in my chest. *sigh*

The lowest my chest has ever gotten is a C cup.

LOL, I know what you mean. I'm doing light weights on the chest exercises so I don't lose what little chest I have ..hehehee

I think everyone has "blah" days. For me, they're the worst when I'm really tired, and I eat junk on days like that, which doesn't help at all. I go home and go to bed really early and usually, things look much better the next day. Maybe have a "pamper" nite to help break the blahs? *big hugs*

Thanks everyone. I think it's just me being tired. I only got about 3.5 hours of sleep. Yuck. So, I dno't think I'll be hitting the gym tonight. Instead, I think I'll just do my laundry and rest and get to bed early.


Also. I just got back from lunch. I hate a healthy Subway sandwich. lol. If you can call it that. But on the upside, I feel better. Maybe I just needed some good solid food in my tummy. Although, now the "rolls" are a tad bigger. hehehe.


Thanks for cheering me up. And giving me suggestions. I think tonight....yup.....me night. I can go hit the gym Saturday if I need to. Like I said, if I aim for 6 days a week. I'm bound to get there at least 3-5. =)
