I'm too tired to type today but if you click on the more button at the bottom of this post and look at a previous post titled Slim in 6 I went into detail.

At now I've lost 23 lbs and 28 inches.

Wow, congratulations - that's awesomse progress. I can't wait to get my tapes and start this program. I've been working out at the gym lifting weights and my arms have gotten pretty muscular. When I flex, I look like I could kick some serious butt. hehehehe

I'm hoping that this will help to tone me up more and to lose the fat that is overtop of the muscles.

I got mine last week, and lovin_hockey posted to me about it. You can also look for my post, titled the same as yours.

I am starting it today. If you are too, we can compare notes. I'm not "buff" like you, so I have to build those muscles. I hope to do that and burn the fat off of the top too.

Good luck. It looks good. Have you watched the tapes yet? I suggest you just flash thru them. I did. LH was right, the moves aren't hard, but the second one is TWICE the time. So, it's tough. Heck, I was getting tired just WATCHING it. lol. Just kidding. I was actually changing my sheets, so THAT worked up a slight sweat. Had to put on a duvet cover too. lol. My bf was laughing at me that I was watching them do the workout and I was changing the bed sheets. lol.

Let me know when you're starting. I'm excited about this.

Good Luck with your slim in 6, I know that Cheryl and LovinHockey are doing it, so they should be able to help any answers you may have.

Hi. I just ordered my tapes on Friday so I probably won't get them for a couple weeks. Instead of paying in three payments, I opted to pay for it all at once and by doing this, they said that I'll get the tapes sooner. I'll email you when I get the tapes and hopefully we'll be able to motivate each other. :)

Good luck!!

above is my post about slim in 6.

I ordered mine 4/22. I recieved them 4/28. So, it's shouldn't take a couple of weeks like they said. Mine only took a week. You should get them by the end of the week.

I'll keep you posted on how it goes this week. Seeing as how I'm starting TONIGHT!

Good morning!

Well, I did get to do it last night. It was harder than expected. And for SOME reason, I thought you did the Start It Up for one week. But NOOO, you do it for TWO DAYS, before you are supposed to go onto Ramp It Up. Or wahtever it's called. Which is twice as long. SCARY. I'm going to see. Maybe I'll start that on thursday instead. Give my body a little more time to figure out what the heck

LOL I told you it was hard.

I got it in December, did it for two days and put it away. My thighs were killing from all those damn plies. Didn't pull it back out and start again until February.

By the way, I did the start it up for an entire week before starting ramp it up. Ramp it Up you will sweat like mad and think you are dying, until you get used to it. LOL

It is hard but the moves aren't complicated. It is very very challenging.

Wow, I thought that you did the start up video for two WEEKS not two DAYS. Oh my, that's going to be tough! I don't think that I'm going to do the fast either.

Good job on starting out!! I can't wait to get mine in the mail!! :)
