Yes we did!! And ohmigod. Now I think my arms are going to fall off. The last bit, the leg/butt work, my BUTT didn't hurt, my ARMS hurt from supporting my weight....they were tired. And man oh man did my stomach hurt. Dang that was hard.

I was bad. I didn't work out Fri/Sat/Sun. So, back to Ramp It Up today. I"m sure it'll kick my butt tonight. lol.

And yes, 50 mins...I was like AAAUUUGGGHH...but at least most of it isn't cardio. It's leg work, arm work, etc. and my resistant band is tight compared to theirs. If I stepped on it where THEY did, I'd never be able to do more than a few. lol. But that's good, cuz that means I can use a heavier 'weight'.

So far, so good. According to my chart. One pound lost, which is good enough for me, but my bf said my butt has more "shape" and my arms feel stronger. So, that's all good. lol. And seeing as how he has no clue as to what exercises i'm doing, he obviously can see somethign i can't. well, i can't anyways unless i look in a mirror. lol. And one inch lost, since the start of this whole challenge bit, which is good. But, i'm sure i'll bulk up before I lose, so we'll see what happens.

I need to put more effort in on the weekends.

Thanks for asking!

LOL that’s funny.

Yes my shoulders are getting nicely shaped and I too have a stronger resistance band then they do.

The Burn it up does a lot more cardio than Ramp it up.

LOL when I first started doing the Ramp it up my arms hurt too when doing the floor exercises ESPECIALLY the second round because in between you do the push ups. Eh gads!

I’m glad you liked it!

*wink*

I'm assuming you build the muscle to up your metabolism to burn more calories, and then you do more cardio to burn the fat off. Which makes sense.

And yup, I can do more push ups. i can do about 5 before dying. lol. hey, in the beginning, i could do one. lol.

All in all though, I didn't feel it was as bad as STart It Up. Maybe because I'm getting more used to the moves, but I like how she does somethign intense, then you do the next thing to STRETCH out those muscles you just used. so i'm not all tight. still sore though. lol.

and i'm sure i'll be sore tomorrow.

LOL maybe you are getting used to it. It just goes longer so I got winded faster.

Hey at least you could do the pushups when I started it I had to do pushups against the wall at the beginning. LOL

I like her too, she doesn't have an annoying voice so its pleasant. I really enjoy the program a lot.

I have to say even though the scale isn't moving (I haven't measured lately) but I put on a dress that I wore when I was 20 lbs lighter than I am now, and right now the dress is really billowing so even though I was 180 and not over 200 the dress was tighter on me then it is now.

Now how is that for BIZARRE!

Okay, that IS bizarre. But we'll chalk it up to having muscle instead of fat. Oops. lunch time. Thanks for suggesting this. BTW, it's not like I did the RIU completely. I was tired and totally winded too. I was huffing and puffing by the time I got to the push ups. lol.

hahaha

Well I am used to yoga and I am quite flexible..(just ask my fwb *wink*) so it doesn't bother me too much.

Hey don't worry about it, as long as you keep moving I think you are fine, its when you just stop and give up that it hurts you. I'm so proud of you, I know how difficult it is the first week or so in Ramp it Up but it will get easier and then BOOM! You are in BURN IT UP!!!

I still need to take a look at Burn It UP. I hate surprises.lol. As for Ramp It Up. It's tough, but NOT as tough as I expected. And it's getting easier with each session. Oh man, the abs though, they are killer. Although, like I said, I sit there and think.....

great shoulders, great arms, great abs, great butt, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow. lol.
