What do you girls like to do for rewards? I feel like buying new clothes isn't really a reward because you need new clothes when you shrink. Neccessity is not rewarding.
I think that going to a day spa, or a night out with just myself and a good book at a local hotel and room service is a good reward. And the tattoo is a permanent reminder of the wonderful effort I have made. My final goal weight (not sure what that is yet: a ball park of 135-145 lbs) reward will be re-piercing my belly button.
I try to lose weight in 5 lb increments so I do not get discouraged. So I do not reward myself every 5 lbs. Maybe every 10 lbs. It takes me forever to lose 10 lbs.
Well, I just thought I'd ask how you all reward yourselves, I could use a few more great ideas, and I know you gals have em'

Ooooooh, the excitment mounts!! So, you and BF are getting tatoos at the same time? Are you getting the same ones too? Where are you off to on vacation?
*Looking forward to seeing what kind of design you come up with*

Cool. Couple of things about tats. It's not just water. They say you should stay "out of the sun" for up to a year, otherwise, it fades it really fast. or something. Also, I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT get a tattoo that is something shared between you and S. And don't get the same ones either. If you get one, get it for yourself, and ONLY yourself. As in the end, it's your body, and worst case scenario, you have a really bad break up, do you really want to look at that tattoo everyday and think, "S has the same one", or "S and I got this together". It's depressing. One HUGE reason my tat artist refuses to do ANY names that aren't children or parents.
Sorry, I dn't mean to be negative, but I've seen it happen with so many things before. And being divorced, you know it may not "last". So, be sure your tat has nothing to do with him. Although, I think it's cute you'll get it at the same time.
About.com has some good info about tats. Go do some reasearch about water and sun exposure to a tat. You should let it heal before doing any of that stuff.
