Hey - I am a true liberal at heart - - Live and let live - - if you find something that works for you - go for it!!! When you really just look at what matters - you should be burning more calories than what you take in - - no matter how it is done this is what will make you lose weight. Maybe eating 6 small meals a day and working out in the a.m. revs your metabolism up a little higher than doing something else but do what works for you. Some people don't even exercise right at first. Trust me - if I had no other choice but to workout in the a.m. I would not stick with it. I can barely walk let alone run in the morning and I definitely prefer to run during my workouts. You want to customize your nutrition/exercise program to something that is doable for you - something you will stick with.
