i'm curious about what everyone on this board does to get in shape. i'd like to get some ideas. (i need to work on getting in shape too but haven't made the commitment to myself yet).

soooo.......

1. what form of exercise (i.e. yoga, exercise machine, swimming, etc.) do you practice?

2. how many days a week do you exercise?

3. how long do you exercise?

4. what time of the day do you exercise?

Here is my regime:

I pretty much eat what I want.

Run on treadmill for at least 45 minutes. On a good day, I run 30 minutes, and walk 5mph for the rest.

4 days a week, I either weight train, or do, resistance training.

Ever since I logged my hours on fitday.com, and tracked what I eat, I've seen phenominal results!!!!!!!!

oh the nosey custodian? we have a newbie custodian who sometimes forgets what she's there for. she comes into my office (and other offices) and wants to chit chat about odd things...she literally pulls up a chair. nobody really says anything because it might hurt her feelings, myself included. today's session was about the burn i got from the tanning bed (which she noticed immediately). she said that mustard takes away the burn. ROFL!

hold the mustard! it can wait for a hotdog. ha!
