Anyone use Denise Austin?

Now that I have time off I have begun to watch (yea, that's right, only watch, lol) Denise Austin in the mornings. Today I actually recorded both her shows so I have them on hand for a bit of variety.
I've watched (and done!!) her workouts before, and during the summer (when my time is the same as ET) her workouts are on at 7am, which is perfect (when I'm up that early, lol), but during the winter time they come on at 8am for me, and I'm at work by then.
The ones I recorded today have a great variety in them -Yoga, Salsa, Low Impact Aerobics, Pilates and Weights...I like the way she varies each work out with a bit of this and a bit of that.
But I just wanted to see if anyone else uses her here? And, if so, what do you think of her?

Do you get FitTV on the island? For most of the day they run exercise shows. If so Gilad is a great work out.

Erica- I know what you mean about a little too cheery, lol, and at times I have to say her voice kind of annoys me (maybe it's the cheeriness!)...but I do find her workouts (at least the ones on TV) pretty doable.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts ~IG

I have a toning set from Kathy Smith I like but I can not get into her cardio tapes. I don't know why. I like the Firm set so far but I have not done it in a while.

OK, I have heard alot of people talking about the Walking tapes by Leslie S.

Well I love the walking videos by Leslie- and before I used her I really didn't do that much exercise, if any I walked, so it was right up my alley! They are really easy to follow- there were a couple of moves that needed more coordination at the beginning, but now they're second nature to me and I have no idea what I found so hard about them at the beginning!! You can start off with a one mile tape and work your way up to a 4 mile one, not sure if there are any 5 mile ones though.
Check out her website for more info- http://www.lesliesansone.com/store/GT0073.html
