What is Oxycise?

Has anyone had any experience with "oxycise"? A friend of mine told me about it and says her sister swears by it. She herself has lost five pounds doing oxycise without changing the way she eats. I don't know much about it, but the premise is that your body requires oxygen to burn calories so you do a lot of deep breathing exercises. Also, you do these 15 minute workouts where you assume poses that promote strength and flexibility.

Oxycise and Body Flex are on the same principles I did Body Flex for a while, you feel absolutely like the biggest moron making all these weird faces and stuff, thank god I did it in the privacy of my own home. It isn’t really a crock, to tell you the truth, you do lose inches, I think you lose inches because you are toning up and learning to stand taller etc.
