Alright, one of my goals this week was to drink *more* water, and to be honest with you I haven't done that great with it! This morning I've had 2 cups of coffee (normally only have one, but I was up early, it was rainy and I felt like another cup), 8oz of OJ and about 10oz of water...not bad you might think. Then I come along an article and in the first line it talks about drinking OJ and coffee in the morning, talk about guilt hitting me in the face, lol!
Today- I VOW to drink more water than I have been!
