You know I always have a problem with working this out-- some sites ask for your waist measurements and some don't. Whenever I put in my waist # my BMI is always up more...makes sense as this is where *most* of the fat is!!
Ideally I'm just looking to lose the inches (especially around the middle). I'm also working at toning and strengthening my body as a whole, but with regards to a body fat %
According to the Tanita scale I'm 1/2 fat so what the heck...I'll shoot for any number under that. HAHA! I've lost weight and inches and have only gone down 2%
