That seems like a pretty good calculator- there are a lot of them around, and they all seem to have different readings though, but this one gave me one that seemed to be better (ie. less) than the others...so it gets a thumbs up from me, lol!
I'm still at the point of 'lose' the roundness- then figure out the percentage though!
I did the Dr. Sears calculation, and it gave me the same rating as the trainer at the gym!! (and it was better than my scale at home, that fluctuates so much, I really do not even trust it)
I like that it takes into consideration how often you exercise, and your measurements. That is a really good sign. Thanks for the link.
Well, seeing as how my spreadsheet is at home. I guessed at what I thought I remembered measuring myself. I'm at 29.5%. I have printed it out to track it that way. =)
Oh wait, it said to measure at your belly button, NOT at your waist. Okay, guess I'll have to do this at home. Jeez. It'll probably go up. boo hoo hoo. Bummer.
I guess we should aim for this, not weight. hmm....
