Over the last couple of weeks we've been focussing on several aspects of our lives, especially those to do with

Have you been enjoying the challenge so far?
I've had fun with this challenge- I like having a different focus each week, and am finding that it's making it more worthwhile...being aware of the amount of fruit (or whatever) for a week really gives you enough time to see the amount. I've also found that I really enjoy 'switching' around my workouts (not that I've been very vigilant about them- oops!)...swimming has been my favorite so far!

What has been the hardest part for you?
Drinking water!! And I'm really mad at myself about this too, I know that it really helps...just can't get into the habit of it again!

Have you been incorporating each week into the next?
I've been trying!! Especially with the food part.

Robyn- I totally get you on the humidity thing...it's like I walk out the door here at the moment and BOOM the heat hits me! No desire whatsoever to go to the park when it's like this. However tonight I went out at about 6.30 and washed (I mean scrubbed) the car for about an hour. It felt good to do it, plus I got a good workout in w/ all the stretching and scrubbing!
I know where I live walking the neighborhood in the evening is not exactly the safest of things to do (where is these days?) but I know I could if I really wanted to (and that's the point I am trying to reach for myself) I could go to the park then.
How about you? Is there a park or walking track near you you could go to in the evenings? I can't recall right now if you're a

My town is very safe. I want to walk around my block in the morning before work but I am having a hard time falling asleep. I have a good feeling after my vacation I will be commited to my diet and exercise.

Have you been enjoying the challenge so far?
Yes, very much so ~ I think these are creative and very 'do-able' though I haven't gotten them as 'done' as I would like.

What has been the hardest part for you?
Time!

Miranda- I know that you've been having some ups and downs recently, so understandably this challenge has not been the most *ideal* for you at this time. I think it's important to remember the many varieties there are to get 'out' and move...and you have been trying to do this. It's alright if when you get to go swimming is not during the 'official' swimming week; that wasn't the point...you've been doing you're best; and that IS the point!

By the way, loved your bingeing post, lol ;-)
