Week 5- You're It!
July 5-11

Exercise- With speed…
Do you remember how much fun it was to play tag? It can still be fun for us. Play it with the neighborhood kids…or even with other adults!! Now don’t worry if you don’t have anyone to “tag” you can always go for a run! Yep…just think Phoebe (“Friends”) and have fun while out there!

Food- Nutrition
This week is about looking at the “tags” (ie. labels) on foods- become more aware of what is IN the food you’re buying- check out carbohydrate quantities, sodium amount, vitamins, etc….

Self-
Take five minutes EACH day and meditate, pray or somehow relax your mind!
