This week, I'm going to stay up on my water intake, keep carb intake at a minimal level and make sure it is good carbs when I do and really focus on portion size. I'm also going to keep up with the fruits. And no dessert this week (if I can help it...)
I'll be happy if I get down to 145, but 144 is really the goal right now. Then once I do that I can set my sights on 141 (where I was April of '03, the benchmark for all of this) and then the eventual goal of 135 won't be that far away. Small steps, I know! And I'm trying so hard!
Any other thoughts on how to take off 5 lbs in 2 weeks? Is that unreasonable?
Weekend was ok, work is very stressful right now. Both DH and Sam have colds, DH's back is still bothering him - it's really exhausting. And Sam seems to really have weaned finally, so I don't get the extra metabolism boost from that anymore.
That's it for now. Back to the grind. Will try to catch up on posts, but it may not be till tomorrow.
