1) Muscle is almost twice as dense as fat; a pound of fat is 1.7 times bigger than a pound of muscle. So even though muscle weighs more than fat, fat makes you look bigger.
2)Women who walk or exercise between three and eight hours a week have the ability to cut their risk o fbreast cancer in half.
3) 12 dietary supplement ingredients that range from likely harmful to definitely hazardous: aristolochic acid, androstenedione, chapparral, comfrey, germander, kava, bitter orange, organ/glandular extracts, lobelia, pennyroyal oil, skullcap and yohimbe. Consumer Reports.
4) Sadly Seven to ten million women in the US have an eating disorder.
5) Looking to increase Vitamin C: Try rosehip, cantaloupe, strawberries, kiwi fruit, pineapples, tomatoes, potatoes, dark leafy greens and red and green peppers
6) Skip the condiments, a baby packet of mayo from Arby's contains 90 calories and 10 grams of fat

Very cool. Guess muscle does weigh a lot.
Thanks for posting this SS, and Cheryl- here's some info on vitamin C
http://va.essortment.com/vitamincbenefi_rqrf.htm
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin, otherwise known as ascorbic acid. Vitamin C is responsible for many functions in your body.
What does Vitamin C do?
Vitamin C is an antioxidant and can protect your body from free radicals, which may cause heart disease and cancer.
Vitamin C is responsible for producing collagen. Collagen is present in your muscles and bones. It is responsible for holding the cells together.
Vitamin C helps your immune system. It helps you heal from scrapes and bruises.
Vitamin C also keeps your gums healthy. People with lack of Vitamin C often develop black, swollen gums otherwise known as scurvy.
People who do not consume enough Vitamin C often develop the following symptoms:
If you consume too much Vitamin C, it may not be harmful. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin therefore excess amount is excreted in your urine. But it can develop symptoms such as kidney stones and diarrhea because it is an acid.
The average (nonsmoking) person should consume 60 mg of Vitamin C per day. This can be found in 3/4 cup of orange juice. People who smoke need more Vitamin C than others. Their requirement is 100 mg a day.
You can obtain Vitamin C from citrus fruits such as oranges, tangerines, and grapefruits. You can also obtain a significant amount from tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, and even potatoes.
Vitamin C is good for protecting your body. For vegetarians it is even healthier. When combined with iron, iron becomes more absorbable allowing an increased iron intake.

Jujube?
You silly!!
BUT I did just do a search to find out what it was ;
Jujube Fruit: The fruit is a drupe, varying from round to elongate and from cherry-size to plum-size depending on cultivar. It has a thin, edible skin surrounding whitish flesh of sweet, agreeable flavor. The single hard stone contains two seeds. The immature fruit is green in color, but as it ripens it goes through a yellow-green stage with mahogany-colored spots appearing on the skin as the fruit ripens further. The fully mature fruit is entirely red. Shortly after becoming fully red, the fruit begins to soften and wrinkle. The fruit can be eaten after it becomes wrinkled, but most people prefer them during the interval between the yellow-green stage and the full red stage. At this stage the flesh is crisp and sweet, reminiscent of an apple. Under dry conditions jujubes lose moisture, shrivel and become spongy inside. Tests in Russia indicate a very high vitamin C content. The fruit has been used medicinally for millennia by many cultures. One of its most popular uses is as a tea for sore throat.
Kind of like a lychee ;-)
