Here is some info I got out of my Oxygen Mag this month:

1) Muscle is almost twice as dense as fat; a pound of fat is 1.7 times bigger than a pound of muscle. So even though muscle weighs more than fat, fat makes you look bigger.

2)Women who walk or exercise between three and eight hours a week have the ability to cut their risk o fbreast cancer in half.

3) 12 dietary supplement ingredients that range from likely harmful to definitely hazardous: aristolochic acid, androstenedione, chapparral, comfrey, germander, kava, bitter orange, organ/glandular extracts, lobelia, pennyroyal oil, skullcap and yohimbe. Consumer Reports.

4) Sadly Seven to ten million women in the US have an eating disorder.

5) Looking to increase Vitamin C: Try rosehip, cantaloupe, strawberries, kiwi fruit, pineapples, tomatoes, potatoes, dark leafy greens and red and green peppers

6) Skip the condiments, a baby packet of mayo from Arby's contains 90 calories and 10 grams of fat

Cheryl- I believe they come out around this time of year. And just to remember that like the lady Dee saw at the store with the pricey Jujube- they are not cheap. But oh, so good! I had them a couple of weeks ago- could have been when you were in HI- did you not see them there?
