Hey everyone. This morning I took my measurements, and my THIGHS, went down a WHOLE INCH!!!!!!!!!!
This NEVER NEVER happens.
Usually, when I work out, I always run, and do very intense types of excerise. Lately, however, my joints have not been treating me right, so I have not been able to exercise intensely, only once a week.
My trainer mentioned, that to shrink my lower half faster, to do low impact exercises, which will burn more fat, where I need it the most. I did not beleive her.
But being forced to take it easy, I 've been walking 1 hour in the morning, and then .5 hour at lunch for the past two weeks, and now my thighs are smaller!!!!!!! I started to take walks after dinner, or walk to the store. I feel like I have not made a huge effort, but got results anyway.

I am getting motivated to walk.

You know I just had a conversation like this with a friend the other day. His trainer told him to go easy on the cardio- the guy just doesn't need to lose any more weight, just to work on his muscle tone. One of the area's he does want to lose from are his thighs (seem fine to me though)....and both the trainer and I had the same suggestions for him. Less cardio and more weights/toning work.
