Week 7- Have a Ball!
July 19-25

Exercise- With a ball…
Whether it’s golf, tennis (maybe you need a rematch after last week?), kickball with the kids, your balance ball- just get the balls out this week for some throwing, kicking and rolling!


Food- Carbohydrates
This week let’s see how much of these we’re eating! Too much- too little? And how about working with the GLYCEMIC index to see which carbs are better than others?

Be helpful, or assist those who are less able that you EACH day this week!
